Are my data and post details confidential on the Sciony platform?

Your post, related personal information and uploaded documentation is at Sciony safe and private.

When you write a post, we will ask you to prepare a basic post containing a non-detailed overview of your invention (the “Basic Post” ) which will be available to Members on our System to view. We will also ask you to provide more details (the “Enhanced Post” or "Logbook" ) in relation to your offer. The Enhanced Post and Logbook will not be available to any Member until the Member(s) who has expressed an interest in your invention after reading your Basic Post has requested a connection and you have accepted the connection request. If the optional NDA application has been activated by you for your post, the connecting party will need additionally to enter into the Mutual NDA with you by signing it electronically (by entering User-Id and Password) or manually (if you choose the option to use your own NDA form). We require furthermore all users to comply with our Terms of Use with respect to confidentiality.  Also, many of our service providers are further bound by their own professional accreditations and standards.
