What is the Sciony Logbook?

Each answer you give to questions in our questionnaire is recorded in your post`s file or pitchbook, called the Sciony Logbook. To support your answers with proper information and to increase the score of your Logbook, you can upload corresponding evidence documentation to our system. Both, the answers you provide and the uploaded documentation build your Logbook, a comprehensive documentation of your offering. This is what potential investors and interested parties look at, in order to select the right offering fitting to their investment scope. The logbook of your post is only accessible to you or to interested parties and service providers upon your explicit authorisation by connecting to each other. If you prefer to use our mutual confidentiality agreement for connections, you can activate this prior to publishing your post. If activated, interested parties will need to sign the Non Disclosure Agreement prior to connecting to your post. This way, your data, post-information and IP rights will always be protected.
