Getting help from experts on Sciony is very easy. All you need to do for that is posting and publishing your objective on our platform as an Invention post. When posting your project, we will ask you a few relevant questions by answering which you help us and possible experts or other interested parties to understand your project and your needs. When answering the questions you will be offered to opt in for requesting help wherever needed. When requesting a specific service or expertise, you will be asked to select a dedicated service or expertise and a geographic region, after which we will match all service providers offering the requested service on Sciony in that region. Our system will provide you the profile card for all matching service providers from which you can select one or more by requesting them to connect with your post.
The selected service providers will receive your connection request through our system. Once they accept your service request, they will contact you directly via email. We ask all our service providers to offer a free consultation without any cost incurring to you, so your service request is not incurring any cost for you. After your free introductory call with the service provider, you are free to commission their service or to step back. Sciony does not charge you any fees for connecting you to service providers nor later for services provided to you by our members. After commissioning and delivering a service, the service provider invoices the services provided to the requestor directly, without any involvement of Sciony.
