When you join as a Service Provider the following provisions apply to you:
In order to become a Service Provider you will need to fill out your Service Provider profile card. You will need also to confirm the services you are able to provide and you will be required to upload evidence to us to confirm your qualifications and experience in respect of the services you are offering:
- complete your Service Provider profile form under "My account". Before your Service Provider profile is submitted by saving it, you will be able to view your profile in private so you can edit it.
- select the services you would like to offer to our members under "My service offers/Add service domain/Select a service
- select the geographic area where you wish to provide the service. For each service you offer, you can choose to provide services only in the territory in which you reside or are registered or in multiple territories or globally
- upload evidence of your qualifications. We may, from time to time, ask you to provide additional documentation to evidence your qualifications and experience. You will need to provide evidence of your expertise in each area you are providing services. We refer to each area of expertise as being a “service domain”
- submit your request to offer the service by clicking on "Submit service for review"
- once we have reviewed your request and your qualification evidences, we will activate your service on the system and send you a confirmation of approval by a system notification
As per our terms of use, you will need to offer a free introductory meeting (which can be a personal or virtual meeting) to any Members requesting services from you. During that introductory meeting it is for you and the relevant Member to agree the basis and terms upon which you will work together.
The type of Membership you choose will determine how many services you can promote through the System.
When your Service Provider profile and service offering is made available on the System, the ‘matching’ process will be as follows:
- The System will identify if any Members who require services which match the services and locality in which you are offering your services.
- When the services you offer ‘match’ a request, the requesting Member will be given a list of ‘matched’ Service Providers.
- The Member can select one or more of the ‘matched’ Service Providers with that it wishes to be connected.
- The ‘matched’ Service Providers will be notified that a Member has requested that they provide services. If you are a‘matched’ Service Provider, you will be required to accept the connection request in order to access full details of the member’s request. If the other member has activated the optional NDA for their post, you will need to enter into the Mutual NDA with the Member in order to access full details of the Member’s request.
- Once the connection has been established between you and the relevant Member, you will be able to access the details of the post and the other Member's contact data so you can progress discussions regarding the provision of services.
- We simply facilitate the introduction of your services to Members who require such services. From the point you are introduced to a Member, it is for you and the relevant Member to agree the basis and terms upon which you will work together. We will not be a party to any contract you agree with such Member. We will not be involved in any way in any discussions or negotiations between you and the relevant Member.
- We will not be liable to any Member in respect of any services you supply to them. You are advised to have in place all insurances which are considered reasonable in your profession or industry.
Other than through these connections, we do not maintain currently a directory with promotional links or images for companies or organisations on our website.
